1:ORDERS

How do I cancel an order?

         You need to act quickly and once the product has been shipped you cannot completely cancel. You may be able to plan for a return, but you will often be dinged for shipping costs.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

         Yes, we will base the tax on your billing address.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept Paypal and other major credit card payments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make a payment?

          Members should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

          We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at sugarcookie711@gmail.com

2:SHIPPING

How much is for shipping and handling?
           Domestic: $5.19 No international shipping at the moment.

How will items be shipped?

           Some items will be shipped by polymer mailer via USPS first class mail or by FedEx for large packages. First class typically delivers in 2-5 days within the US. Packages being sent overseas tend to take 2-3 weeks however customs can delay a package for about 6 weeks. Although this doesn't happen often, it is possible. Faster shipping and insurance is available for an additional charge. Please contact me if you would like more information on this

3:RETURNS

What is the refund and exchange policy?

           For pre-made items: Please send me a message within 2 business days of receiving your item if there are any problems. I will do my best to rectify the situation and if we cannot come to an agreement I will issue a full refund once item has been returned at the buyer's expense. All items that have been personalized, customized or made to order are FINAL SALE and refunds will not be issued. 

What happens if seller sends you the wrong product?

If there is an error made on my part, please notify me within 2 business days of receiving the order. I will make every reasonable effort to first fix the situation. A refund will only be issued if an agreement cannot be made and I deem it suitable for the given situation.
